Sports Betting Missions are a new feature where you complete specific goals to unlock rewards and exclusive prizes.

To join a Mission, go to the Missions page from the Sports Betting homepage. If an active Mission is available, confirm your participation by pressing the “Activate Now” button. If you don’t confirm your participation, you won’t be eligible for that Mission.

You complete a Mission by fulfilling its objective. For example, if a Mission requires you to win a combi bet on World Cup matches with a minimum total odd of 3.00, the Mission will be completed once a bet placed after joining the Mission meets all requirements and is settled as a winner.

You can place as many bets as you want, as long as they meet all the step requirements. As soon as one of your bets is settled as “Won”, the step will be completed.

All bets that include real balance and meet the defined mission requirements will be considered qualifying bets. Bets that only use bonus balance will not count towards the Missions.

If a bet meets all the requirements for a Mission, it will be clearly marked as a qualifying bet in the Betting History.

Once you complete a Mission, you will see the option to claim your reward.

You can track your progress on the Missions page. In Missions with multiple steps, once a step is completed, its progress bar will be filled and the next step will unlock.

It depends. Each Mission may have specific requirements. However, if multiple Missions are active at the same time with similar goals, the same bet may count towards more than one Mission simultaneously.

Yes. In each Mission, the details section includes information about the deadline by which a bet must be settled. If bets are settled after this deadline, they will not count towards the Mission.

Terms & Conditions

1. Available Missions can be found in the ‘Missions’ tab in your ESC Online account.

2. To participate in a Mission, players must register by clicking the “Activate Now” button, which will appear in the “Missions” tab when a Mission is available.

3. Only bets placed after players have clicked the “Activate Now” button will be counted and will allow progress in the Mission. The specific terms and rules for each Mission will be visible on the page/card for each Mission.

4. The following conditions and rules apply to all Missions:

Eligible bet types:

a) the same bet may count towards multiple Missions;

b) where a Mission relates specifically to a sport, a competition, a match or a specific bet type, only bets relating to the specified event will be counted.

Example: if the Mission involves placing 3 bets on tennis, only bets placed on tennis competitions, matches or bet types will be counted towards that Mission;

c) multiple bets are counted as single bets.

Example 1: if the Mission is to win 3 bets, a multiple bet (with 2 or more selections) will be considered as a single bet.

Example 2: if the Mission is to place 3 bets, a multiple bet (with 2 or more selections) will be considered as a single bet;

d) Only bets placed using real funds count towards the Missions.

5. Missions are available for specific periods of time. A countdown timer will be displayed on the Mission page/card, showing the period during which the Mission is active. For bets to count towards the Mission, they must be placed and settled during the Mission’s eligible period.

Example: if the Mission is to win 3 bets and it ends in 3 days, bets that are settled after the end of the Mission’s eligible period will not be counted.

6. In the event that an event is postponed and, consequently, the settlement or closure of bets is delayed until after the end of the Mission’s eligible period, then those bets cannot be counted and the Mission cannot be completed.

7. ESC Online reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Mission at any time, without prior notice, reason or justification.

8. For the purposes of completing Missions, bets are considered in chronological order (if the Mission is to win 1 bet, the first winning bet will be counted).

9. When a Mission is successfully completed, the Freebets offer must be redeemed within 30 days. Otherwise, the Freebets will be forfeited.

10. If a bet is voided in accordance with ESC Online’s General Terms and Conditions (postponement or cancellation of a match, a player not taking part in the match, etc.), the bet will no longer be considered valid once it no longer meets the conditions of the Mission. However, in the case of multiple bets, if one or more selections are cancelled but the bet remains valid, it will continue to be considered provided that the conditions for completing the Mission are still achievable.

Example: if the Mission is to place a multiple bet on 4 selections with odds of 5.00 or higher, the multiple bet could be:

Mexico v South Africa: Mexico to win 1.48

Qatar v Switzerland: Switzerland to win 1.26

Brazil v Morocco: Brazil to win 1.57

Australia v Turkey: Turkey to win 1.79

The total odds are 5.24. If, for example, the bet on the Qatar v Switzerland match is void in accordance with ESC Online’s General Terms and Conditions, the total odds will be reduced to 4.16 (1.48 x 1.57 x 1.79). The conditions for successfully completing the Challenge will not be met.

11. In multi-steps missions, players must complete several individual steps to win the final Freebets offer (completing the steps individually will not entitle you to the offer). If one of the individual steps is not successfully completed, then the mission cannot be successfully completed either.

12. Only players who have made a deposit in the last 30 days will have access to the Missions.

13. ESC Online reserves the right to limit, suspend or cancel customers’ eligibility whenever reasonable grounds are identified for:

- Abuse of the promotion;
- Patterns of activity incompatible with the recreational purpose of the offer;
- Attempts to gain an unfair advantage;
- Fraud, collusion or the use of multiple accounts;
- Behaviour likely to compromise the integrity of the campaign.
