Self-exclusion

If you have a problem with gambling or difficulties controlling the time or money spent gambling, or any other signs of alert for gambling problems, you can request to be excluded from gambling websites, using the self-exclusion form, provided by SRIJ – Serviço de Regulação e Inspeção de Jogos (available here).

According to the Portuguese regulation, the self-exclusion period has a minimum duration of three months and it lasts until the date indicated by the player or, in the absence of such indication, indefinitely.

Although the minimum duration is three months, the player can communicate the term of self-exclusion, or if it was already defined, its anticipation, which becomes effective after a period of one month from that communication.
